i just looked at myself in the mirror... i look disgusting. i'm seeing myself now exactly as i should. i'm not distorted, my mind is telling the truth for once... you can see my rib cage coming out from the side of my chest, for christ's sake. my chest bones are disgusting.

i'm sick of the way i look.

i'm going to my work now so i can get some much needed FOOD.
